Can I use sugar substitutes, diet soda, or alcohol?
Most sugar substitutes don't freeze well, butalluloseis an exception — it can help achieve a good slush texture. Avoid diet sodas, as they typically lack the sugar needed for proper freezing. Alcohol is okay as long as the ABV is between2.8% and 16%. Drinks outside this range may not freeze properly.
Why doesn’t the slush form properly and remains watery?
Try the following:Use a drink with at least 5% sugar. No sugar substitutes.If using alcohol, ensure it's between 2.8%–16% ABV.Max the thickness setting and allow more freezing time.Try “Cocktail” or “Wine” preset modes for lower temperatures.Try different drinks: juice, iced coffee, etc
Can the ice slush machine be used outdoors or in hot environments?
It's best to use the machine indoors. In hot environments, the slush texture may not be as good due to reduced cooling efficiency.
What if my slush is too thin?
Each preset starts at the ideal temperature. For thicker slush, press the top arrow to increase the temperature setting.
Refund & Return
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is processed. Please contact us at support@Vibofrost.com as soon as possible.
Please note: A processing fee applies to cancellations requested before shipping. Details are as follows:
• 5% processing fee applies for credit card payments.
• 7% fee applies if processed via PayPal.
• No processing fee for payments made via Klarna.
• No processing fee for payments made via Apple Pay.
• No processing fee for payments made via Google Pay.
These fees are incurred due to payment processing charges and applicable transaction taxes.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return request after receiving the product.
What are the return conditions?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
•The product must be returned in its original packaging, with original tags and accessories, and without significant wear or functional damage. Only non-human-caused damage is eligible for return. If any signs of human-caused damage are found, the return will not be accepted.
• This return policy applies only to purchases made directly on Vibofrost’s official website. If purchased through a third party, their return policies will apply.
How do I initiate an exchange or return?
If you need to request an exchange or return, please follow these steps:
1. Obtain Authorization: Contact our customer support team for approval before returning any item. Once authorized, we will provide a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Submit Your Request:
• For returns or exchanges, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, product photos, and the reason for the exchange or return. If applicable, include a video demonstrating any defects or malfunctions.
3. Pack the Item Securely: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, and include a note inside the package with your order number, name, and reason for the exchange or return.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 1-5 business days.
How will I receive my refund?
• PayPal refunds: Up to 48 hours.
• Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days.
• Klarna: We will process the submission to the bank within one business day. The exact time for the funds to be credited depends on the bank’s processing speed.
• Apple Pay: We will process the submission to the bank within one business day. The exact time for the funds to be credited depends on the bank’s processing speed.
• Google Pay: We will process the submission to the bank within one business day. The exact time for the funds to be credited depends on the bank’s processing speed.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within the United States, excluding overseas territories and islands. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage—stay tuned!
Is shipping really free?
Yes! All products purchased from our store, including official replacement kits, come with free economy shipping.
If you’d like to receive your order as quickly as possible, you can pay an extra $10 for upgraded priority shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.We partner with FedEx, and you can track your shipment directly on their official website.
Will my multi-item order be shipped separately?
Yes! Due to the large size of our products, we ship items separately to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
