1-Year Warranty Policy

At Vibofrost, we’re passionate about helping you create the perfect slushie — smooth, refreshing, and full of joy. That’s why every product we design is backed by a warranty that reflects our commitment to quality and your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage
Vibofrost products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Product Warranty Periods
• All Slushie Systems: 1-year
• Accessories: No warranty period

What Does This Warranty Cover?
1. Vibofrost may choose to repair or replace the original product and/or non-wearable parts that are found to be defective, within one year from the date you receive the product.
2. Vibofrost may choose to: (i) repair the original product and/or non-wearable parts using new or refurbished parts or units; or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished unit. The performance and function of refurbished parts will be similar to the original.
3. If a replacement unit is sent, the warranty period will still follow the original purchase date. Vibofrost reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or higher value.

What Is Not Covered by This Warranty?
1. Normal wear and tear of parts such as funnels, water tanks, lids, bean containers, etc. These parts need regular maintenance or replacement. You can buy genuine replacements at www.vibofrost.com.
2. Devices that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.
3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, poor maintenance (like not cleaning food or debris from the motor base), or improper handling during shipping.
4. Any indirect or related damages.
5. Defects caused by repairs done by people not authorized by Vibofrost. This includes damage during shipping, modification, or repairs done without approval.
6. Products bought, used, or operated outside of North America.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Register Your Product: Click here to register your product online. This helps us verify your information and provide better service if a claim is needed.
2. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@vibofrost.com, and include your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
3. Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days, and may request additional information or photos if needed.
4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we’ll decide whether to repair or replace the product. In some cases, we may send a replacement part instead of the full unit. Our support agent will guide you through the return and packaging process.
5. Repair or Replacement Timeline: Once we receive your returned product, we will complete the repair or replacement within 5–8 business days. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Additional Notes
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Shipping costs related to a warranty claim may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on the nature of the claim.
• Vibofrost reserves the right to determine whether a claim meets the warranty conditions.
• This warranty applies only to products purchased on vibofrost.com or through our official Amazon store.
