Does this machine actively cool the water?
No. Instead of using a compressor, the VIBOFROST system circulates ice-cold water with pre-frozen water bottles. This design keeps the unit quieter, lighter, and easy to use wherever you recover.
How long do the ice bottles stay cold?
Up to 6–8 hours, depending on room temperature, water level, and usage. For extended cooling, keep a second set of frozen water bottles ready to swap as needed.
Is condensation on the tubing normal?
Yes — this is completely normal. Cold water flowing through the tubing cools the outside surface, causing moisture from the air to condense (like a cold drink on a warm day). It is not a leak. Use the included mat under the machine and wipe down the tubing as needed.
Can I run it continuously overnight?
- Yes. Use the built-in timer and cycle settings to customize your therapy sessions based on your needs or your healthcare provider's recommendations.
- These settings help avoid prolonged cold exposure while providing consistent cold therapy.
What if the pump isn't running?
- Disconnect the controller and connect the pump directly to the power adapter.
- If the pump runs, the pump is working properly.
